Sushi bar and shop opening soon

The team behind a popular Japanese bar and restaurant is opening a sushi bar and shop in Wapping Wharf.

Sandwiched between Daily Noodles and Squeezed, the cargo container’s latest iteration comes from the Hyde and Co team.

Their latest venture will be an extension of their rooftop restaurant, Seven Lucky Gods, located a stone’s throw away in Cargo 1.

Seven Lucky Gods Sushi and Shop, previously occupied by wine shop, Corks, will sell boxes of fresh Nigiri, Maki, salmon and veggie sushi and noodles.

Japanese ingredients like soy sauce, fried onions, and sushi rice, and Seven Lucky Gods merchandise like T-shirts and posters will also be on sale.

Seven Lucky Gods Sushi bar and shop will open at the end of April.
