Traditional French crêperie opening soon
A taste of the national dish of Brittany in northern France is coming to Bristol with the opening of an authentic crêperie.
Chez Marcel promises savoury galettes made from buckwheat flour, crêpes with a variety of fillings and Breton cider.
The new cafe is due to open on Broad Street in the Old City in early November in what was previously Maximillions, which closed in 2017 after 20 years in business.

“We are looking to open between the 10th and 15th of November perfect timing to eat galettes and sweet crepes when it gets really cold.”
