Vegan Indian restaurant opening soon
The team behind an east Bristol Indian takeaway is opening a vegan restaurant.
Served by Tikka Express in Easton, the new curry house will be called Vegan India and be completely plant based.
With dishes ranging from plant based chicken korma to meatless kofta chilli masala, it will be located on 189 Gloucester Road in what used to be Atomic Burger.

The company’s original venue on Stapleton Road specialises in authentic Indian Bangladeshi curry.
Tikka Express said: “My Dear Vegan friends, thank you for your support last two years and give us an opportunity to serve you delicious Vegan Indian food.
“That was an amazing journey with amazing customers. Thank you all. Now we would like to expand our service.
“We are opening our 100% Vegan Indian Restaurant in 189 Glucester road, Bristol, BS78BG where you can come relax and enjoy 100% Vegan Indian food.
“It will be called Vegan India and we are expecting to open for our amazing customer next month.

Vegan Indian will open in February.
