Woky Ko launch new vegan concept

By Martin Booth  Friday Jan 3, 2020

Woky Ko have launched a new 100 per cent vegan menu – but there is a twist.

Masterchef finalist Larkin Cen’s award-winning chain of noodle bars now has four restaurants across Bristol, but its new specialist vegan concept is only available via Deliveroo.

The menu of Woky Ko Vegan includes the likes of braised shiitake chow mein, roasted butternut katsu curry and courgette black bean udon, with main courses all costing £9.95 and sides from £2.95.

With Veganuary now in full swing and more people than ever eating more plant-based food, it seems a wise move from Woky Ko to offer dedicated vegan dishes.

It also marks a busy start to 2020 for Cen and his team, who last year opened Woky Ko Kaiju in Cargo 2, opened new katsu curry stall Woky Ko Sticks in St Nick’s Market and relaunched their Queen’s Road restaurant as Woky Ko Jing Xu.
