Where? A unique Bristol establishment. As a gentle nod to their position as a nautical venue, the chefs have developed a menu that draws on the idea of travel and taking the best recipes from the places visited by ships leaving Bristol harbour. A work of careful selection and research provides an extensive tapas menu that draws influence from across the Mediterranean. To accompany drinking, they also created a pizza menu, making everything from the dough to the toppings fresh on board.

Where? Stuart and Vashti Seth travelled the world together and experienced some amazing food, but there was one dish that they loved and ordered whenever they could – The UK’s favourite meal. Fish & Chips. After cooking for Royalty, Madonna, and even the Dalai Lama, Stuart decided it’s time to put the soul back into the dish that we just can’t get enough of, so in 2015 Soul Fish was born. Whether it’s their ethical outlook, double cooked chips or sustainably caught fish. There’s just something darn good about their fish and chips.
