Thousands of rainbow loving party people took to the streets of Bristol on Saturday for the Bristol Pride parade followed by a festival in Millennium Square and the Lloyds Amphitheatre.
The annual march set off from Castle Park on a day that also marked 50 years since homosexuality was decriminalised in England and Wales.

Bristol Pride organiser Daryn Carter said: “We’ve got the older generation here who remember having to live under that law and the younger generation who may know, but it’s really great for us all to come together and celebrate our diversity.”
