As part of the wider Wapping Wharf Christmas party, which will include singers and stilt-walkers, join Box-E on their terrace for free festive activities including gingerbread decorating, writing letters to Father Christmas and a satsuma peeling competition.

Christmas at the Red Lodge

Bristol Plays Music Christmas Concert

Over 350 children from primary schools across Bristol join together to sprinkle Christmas cheer at St George’s. The concerts each last about an hour and treat audiences to seasonal songs and familiar favourites.

Winter Lecture: Sore Tales of Giant Pliosaurs

A Very Victorian Christmas

Windmill Hill City Farm Winter Fair

Sail with Santa

Join the Ferry Elves, on the cosy boat with their own Christmas tree, to search for Santa. Once found, Bristol Ferry’s delightful and amusing Santa will entertain while you cruise around the harbour. He has a sack full of gifts for the children and mince pies and sherry for the mums, dads and grandparents.

Victorian Christmas

Millennium Square Ice Rink

A winter playground on Bristol’s harbourside, the ice rink is returning for a fifth year to Millennium Square. Sessions open to the general public, school groups, evening ‘Disco Boots’ and special ‘Little Boots’ under 8s sessions. The ice rink will be joined by the ‘Millennium Square Winter Fair’, chalet stalls with hot food and drinks, and a fabulous Christmas tree. There will also be special ‘At The Movies’ film screenings on Big Screen Bristol.
