The AJ Bell Great Bristol Run is back with another spectacular running celebration on Sunday 14th May. Each year, thousands of runners push their perseverance and passion to the limit and take on the super-scenic 10k and half marathon routes. Starting and finishing in the heart of the city, runners can expect inspiring sights, iconic landmarks and incredible local support all along the 10k and half marathon route. But it’s not just the inspiring scenery that attracts runners from far and wide: the start line DJ, rocking on-course music zones and post-race celebrations create an unbeatable atmosphere.

Throughout the run there’ll be timed pacers who are on hand to give runners the best chance of hitting their personal bests, with music blaring along the course so you can keep your motivation and energy high.
And once you cross the finish line, well that’s not the end. The Après Run zone is where runners celebrate post-run, with more great music and the hard-earned medals proudly hanging around runners’ necks.
The popular Family Run event gives the kids (ages 3+) the chance to take centre stage. Taking place on the same day, this is high-energy fun from beginning to end with crazy costumes, high-fives, roaring crowd support and a special medal for the finishers.
