Real raving for kids and their grown-ups
No pop and no Disney. Unlike other kiddie-friendly discos, Junior Jungle has what founder and DJ Nick Terrific calls “just proper tunes and real raving for kids and adults together”.
At a Junior Jungle party you can expect only the finest cuts of ragga-jungle (vetted for age appropriate content of course), all mixed live by Nick.
Leading the dancing is MC Rocky Patch and if any adults feel slightly self-conscious they can be rest assured that her will be looking sillier with Superman pants worn over the top of gold tights.
is needed now More than ever
“Ragga-jungle with its dubby bass lines, lazy horn sections and infectious two step ‘riddims’ is crazy uplifting and super easy to dance to,” says Nick.
“This is especially useful if dancing is new to you. Our extensive research has shown that more than any other genre of dance music ragga-jungle is dance floor catnip to small children.”
Junior Jungle’s mission is to get parents dancing with their kids, not just watching them but really enjoying the music with their tiny dancers with the help of MC Rocky Patch.
Tickets for one adult and one child costs £6, which includes a mask, organic fruit snack, Polar Pop fruit ice lolly, glo-sticks and facepainting. On June 4, Junior Jungle will be hosting their first event for 11- to 16-year-olds at Baggator. For tickets and more information, visit www.juniorjungleparty.com.
