The new pop-up shop celebrating Bristol’s black-owned businesses
A new pop-up shop will be opening in Bristol, providing a platform for up to 40 black-owned businesses across the city.
The store, which will open on October 1, celebrates UK black-owned businesses and hopes to empower more people to begin their own business journey.
Opening in the Galleries until November 14, it will be Bristol’s first black-owned pop-up shop and have a range of lifestyle, art, beauty & fashion brands.

Opening during Black History Month UK, the shop will be launched by KC Concepts and North and East Bristol Enterprise Support (NEBES).
“I’m so excited to bring the KC Concepts Pop-Up Shop to life; this is the Concept shop that Bristol and it’s diverse community needs,” said Latoya Adlam, a Bristolian entrepreneur who set up KC Concepts.
“A space showcasing the broad spectrum and quality of businesses we have is super refreshing and important in shining a light on the UK Black community, but also for the changing landscape of diversity and inclusion within Bristol.”
