World famous magician to perform in Bristol Harbour Hotel
One of the world’s most famous magicians, who has performed for the likes of Idris Elba, Cara Delevingne and Prince Charles, is bringing a new “immersive, highly personal” show to Bristol.
Bradford-born Dynamo has gone from busking in Covent Garden to demonstrating his skills in front of audiences across the globe.
Some of his most famous tricks include levitating alongside a London bus full of passengers on Westminster Bridge and making hundreds of people’s phones ring at the same time in New York’s Times Square.
is needed now More than ever
His new show, The Abandoned Room, is coming to the Bristol Harbour Hotel on Corn Street on February 13 and 14.
The Abandoned Room promises to be “an intimate and uniquely magical theatre space”, developed and curated by Dynamo to play host to some of the world’s best magicians.
For one night only, The Abandoned Hotel returns to its original home of The Mandrake Hotel in London, before visiting Bristol, Belfast, Manchester and Jersey.
“Such top-class magicians are most commonly seen on television performing primarily to a camera, or in theatres performing large-scale shows to thousands of people at one time,” says the promotional website.
“The Abandoned Room is designed to offer the best and most immersive experience in magic.”
“The venues’ unique and intimate environment means that unlike in large theatres or on screen, the boundaries of close-up magic are put to the absolute test.”
Tickets to The Abandoned Room cost £80 or £155 for seating in the front two rows and a meet-and-greet with Dynamo after the show. For more information and to book tickets, visit www.seetickets.com/tour/the-abandoned-room-presents-dynamo.
