Bristol’s older people are small screen stars

Local partnership Bristol Ageing Better (BAB) have teamed up with the Oscar-winning Aardman Animations to create a heartwarming short about issues affecting older people in the city.

Using interviews with real Bristolians, the animation presents their experiences in a funny and a lighthearted way, whilst still putting across an important message about the loneliness and isolation many older people feel in Bristol and beyond. 

Watch the video below, and look out for some recognisable Bristol landmarks.
