In photos: summer solstice standup paddleboarding

As the sun rose over Bristol on Thursday morning, a group of intrepid paddleboarders took to the water of the docks.

The occasion was the summer solstice, with SUP Bristol organising this special session for those willing to set an early alarm to catch a stunning start to the day.

Always up with the lark, Bristol24/7 photographer Rob Browne captured the scenes from dry land.
