Since social distancing was introduced on March 16, 16 apartments have been sold in in the second phase of the development, known as Wapping Wharf Living.
is needed now More than ever
Supported by a video campaign on social media recognising that “things are different”, around 45 per cent of the one, two and three-bedroom private sale apartments have now been bought ahead of the development’s competition, many using the Government’s Help To Buy scheme.

“We understand how difficult these times have been for many people, but what we’ve heard from some is that it has actually made them more determined to get on with decisions they had perhaps been putting off,” says Pauline Sangster, senior residential sales and marketing manager at Wapping Wharf Living.
“Buyers have been telling us that they still wish to consider their future plans. We weren’t sure quite what to expect as the country went into lockdown, but it’s certainly been encouraging to have seen an uplift in the monthly rate of sales since it began.”
