Six weeks on from the taster session for aspiring young chefs, we’re pleased to be able to share the story of our young chefs programme so far in this short documentary.
As part of our social impact agenda, we’ve been working with Square Food Foundation and a host of Bristol’s most respected professional chefs on a project aimed at inspiring and creating opportunities for young people.
Following the Bristol24/7 Autumn Feast, many of the young chefs have gone on to take up placements in professional kitchens and worked alongside the professional chefs who mentored them through this programme.
