Bristol dog shines in national advertising campaign
An Australian Shepherd from Bristol is the star of a new national advertising campaign.
Two-year old Maple will see her face plastered over 39 sites including bus shelters, shopping centres and railway stations as part of an advert for UK-based fresh dog food brand, Butternut Box.
Maple, who seemed destined for stardom with her own Instagram account, landed her first role in the advertising world following a nationwide competition where she won the judges over with her cheeky antics and camera-ready stance.
is needed now More than ever
Maple has been spending her time mastering her agility skills at Hoopers, practising trick training with her owner Heather or perfecting poses to further her model career – she even has her own agent.

According to her owner, Maple still enjoys the simpler things in life, like cooling off in the Millennium Square fountains or attempting a dip in the Harbour, despite her newfound fame.
Maple, along with ten other prime pooches across the UK and Republic of Ireland, have each gone on to represent their own cities in the international advertising campaign.
This campaign promotes a fresh diet for dogs including, healthier skin, a shinier coat and improved gut health.

Speaking about Maple’s stardom, Christy McCormick, brand and creative director at Butternut Box said: “We believe every dog should be celebrated, and how better to do this than by making them the real starts of our new advertising campaign.”
“Maple is an incredibly intelligent pup with a big personality and really deserves her moment in the spotlight. We hope the people of Bristol love her just as much.”
