Bristol named the UK’s kindest city
The lovely people of Bristol are now officially the loveliest, with the city taking first place in a new poll ranking the UK’s kindest cities.
The Co-Op survey, which interviewed 4,000 adults across 19 UK cities, measured the average number of good deeds done by residents in each location.
And who are the kindest of all the kind people in Bristol? The study showed that young adults spent the most time helping others, with many of the do-gooders between 18 and 24-years-old.
Belfast ranked second in the list of kindest cities with Aberdeen following in third. Cardiff ranked fifth and London came in dead last at number 19.
