is needed now More than ever
The only two cities which were found to be worse than our’s were Sheffield and Nottingham.
Bristol has one of the highest levels of congestion, with the study finding it takes 21 minutes on average to travel 10km.
We also have one of the highest number of yearly collisions of 40 per square mile.
Stoke-on-Trent takes the lead as the UK city with the best driving conditions, achieving the highest possible score of ten on the index.
London ranks as the eighth-best city in the UK to drive through with a score of 6.9 out of 10.
All results were standardised according to the square mile radius of each city, to ensure that the outcomes accurately mirror the specific driving conditions and dynamics of each location.
