Coppa Club brings home-from-home vibe to the Village

By Ann Sheldon  Friday Jun 18, 2021

Coming soon, the much anticipated Coppa Club will be opening its doors in Clifton Village on 14th July 2021 – bringing its home-from-home experience to the South-West for the first time.

With sites already in central London, Brighton, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Surrey, each Coppa has a very different look, but the same relaxed vibe.

A relaxed Coppa Club dining area in Cobham

Located in a former linen works, Coppa Clifton Village spans two floors and has been meticulously designed to create a spacious 200-cover venue. The space offers original floor-to-ceiling colonnades and exposed brick walls, sumptuous leather banquettes, wicker pendant lights, blush pouffes and sofas, hanging foliage and stunning artworks. It’s a flexible space for those looking to meet, eat, drink or relax.

With stylish interiors, including a smart bar and restaurant, alongside a relaxed workspace and café, as well some small alfresco dining – it caters for every need. It offers a private members club experience but without the membership fees.

Open all day, from early until late, with its informal, relaxed feel, Coppa Club will take guests seamlessly from day to night. The multi-purpose rooms are designed to cater for every occasion. The spaces will host professionals meeting in the dedicated workspace, locals meeting friends for lunch in the comfy lounge areas, or students relaxing over coffees in the library.

The Coppa menu meets the changing food needs of the day. There’s artisan pastries, buckwheat and rye pancakes and garden breakfast plates to start the day. For lunch and dinner, seasonal European dishes take centre stage with sharing plates of burrata with peas & broad beans, sashimi grade tuna carpaccio and truffle & smoked mozzarella arancini to start.

Heartier dishes of halibut ‘al cartoccio’ with fennel, freekeh & anchovy, roast lamb rump with rosemary and Loch Duart salmon with braised puy lentils are also available. Elsewhere, lighter salads and grain bowls sit alongside fresh pastas and thin-crusted sourdough pizzas.

Coppa Club feasting food

Cocktail-lovers are in for a treat, with a drinks menu that heroes classics with a twist. Including, the Cookie Old Fashioned, a Hibiscus Martini and the signature Coppa Sour. Alongside a concise menu of no & low alcohol pours, as well as local beers – it’s an ideal post-work drinks spot.
