Curzon Clevedon
A little gem, half an hour away from Bristol city Centre (more like an hour and a bit on a bicycle), and purportedly Britain’s oldest continually running cinema, Clevedon’s community-enriching Curzon bags the better Hollywood output and lays on occasional special screenings, talks and events. It has a fabulous old auditorium and a deeply nostalgic charm. For a great little adventure, go for a blow along the seafront, take tea in the pier’s Victorian tea pagoda, catch a film in the cosy Curzon and finish yourself off with a curry before bed.
