Cyclist hospitalised with ‘potentially life-threatening injuries’
A crash that took place on Friday morning has left a cyclist in hospital with “potentially life-threatening injuries”.
Police are are seeking witnesses and dashcam footage following a collision between a driver and a cyclist at about 3.10am on St Luke’s Road, in Totterdown.
The driver failed to stop at the scene and enquiries to identify them are ongoing.

A car, matching the description police were given of the vehicle involved, has since been recovered close to the scene.
St Luke’s Road remains shut between the junctions with York Road and St John’s Lane while investigation work is carried out.
