Have you seen missing Lauren Philips?

The car of a woman missing from Bristol has been found in Devon.

Lauren Philips, 26, has not been seen since last Thursday, February 23 and she failed to turn up to work in Bristol on Sunday.

Her car was located in Woolacombe on Tuesday. Officers from Devon & Cornwall Police are now assisting with the search to find her along with the coastguard, the RNLI and the National Police Air Service.

Lauren is described as white, 5ft 5ins tall, of slim build with brown eyes. She has long dark brown hair which is usually straightened but which is naturally curly.

Detective Inspector Mark Langdon said: “Lauren hasn’t been seen for some days now and we’re growing increasingly concerned.

“We really need the public’s help in finding her so if you see her or think you might know where she is, please get in touch.

“We’re particular keen for bed and breakfast owners or hoteliers in and around the Woolacombe area to check whether she has booked in with them.”

Anyone who sees Lauren is asked to call 101 providing the call handler with the reference 5217045398.
