Is this the most festive community in Bristol?

By Charlie Watts  Tuesday Dec 20, 2022

A community in south Bristol could be the most Christmassy in the city.

The council estate goes all out at this time of the year, with its extravagantly decorated houses becoming a tourist attraction.

Bristol24/7’s Community Reporters Editor and Christmas enthusiast Charlie Watts has spent the month capturing the festive goings-on in Knowle West.

Santa has made numerous appearances over the Christmas period, including on a motor-tricycle and as part of the festive float through the area.

Two local artists also launched the Lights, Lights, Lights project, which saw them take a group on a mini-bus tour of the best Christmas houses in Knowle West.
