More than 100 new homes to be built on former tobacco factory
More than 100 new homes will be built on 3.5 acres of land formerly occupied by the Wills’s tobacco factory.
After most of the factory buildings on Raleigh Road were knocked down, they were replaced by the Amerind Grove care home complex.

Councillors have now granted planning permission for the £60m development in Southville by The Hill Group which will including three-, four- and five-bedroom houses; one- and two-bedroom flats; and three-bedroom maisonettes.
