Multicoloured celebration of Pride on Gloucester Road

Bike racks, lampposts and trees on Gloucester Road have been wrapped in multi-coloured ribbon to mark the Bristol Pride festival.

The Gloucester Road area is hoping to become even more well known as Bristol’s independent district, with the colourful idea to wrap up the street furniture coming from its community of 200 traders.

Pride continues in Bristol this week with film screenings, theatre, comedy and more. The week culminates on Saturday with Pride Day on Saturday.
