New market is coming to Bristol this Spring
A new market promising local produce and eclectic street food is set to launch come spring this year.
The team behind the popular existing Finzels Reach Market have announced the addition of a new producers’ market on the site on Old Temple Street in Redcliffe.
It will be curated to showcase a diverse range of traders and have a strong focus on food and drink from close-by.

Sophie Bowden, market director, said: “I’ve always dreamed of having local produce showcased at Finzels Reach and now seems like the perfect opportunity.”
The Wednesday lunchtime market offering street from food far-flung corners of the globe to hungry Bristol diners will also be expanding by incorporating more stalls and new traders.
Sophie added: “Now it’s clear that the pandemic has changed consumer habits and that working from home on certain days is here to stay, we’ve used this change in momentum to reassess our market offering.
“With residents living on-site and nearby, what could be better than strolling down to Finzels Reach on a Friday lunchtime to pick up some local fruit and veg, a slab of cheese and a bag of your favourite pastries to enjoy over the weekend?
“And with the Wednesday market bustling with the best in local street food, Finzels Reach will be the place to be!”

Customers visiting the new market can expect to find stalls selling fruit and veg, local free-range meat, freshly baked bread, cheese and pastries, as well as guest stalls selling fudge, chilli sauces, dips and cider.
The new producers’ market will take place every Friday from 11am to 2pm from April 1.
