The Tale of the Wandering Owl

The resident barn owl at The Old Bookshop in Bedminster flew its nest on Saturday evening with the help of some ne’er-do-wells.

It could have been the end for the North Street bar’s feathered friend.

But just a few hours after a Facebook appeal on Monday morning, the owl was returned to its usual perch.
