The Bristol Fireworks Fiesta is back with a twist
The Lord Mayor of Bristol’s Children Appeal, Empire Fighting Chance and Great Western Air Ambulance are some of the many charities and local organisations that received proceeds from last year’s Bristol Fireworks Fiesta.
For over 13 years, the Bristol Round Table, a male only voluntary club, and the Clifton Rotary Club have hosted a large fireworks display in November to raise money for charity.
Last year they raised £53, 000.
is needed now More than ever
The volunteer committee members hope to raise even more during festivities this year, which are due to take place on November 2 at Canford Park in Westbury-on-Trym.

This year, the Fiesta is back with an added twist – a foam party will take place after the main event to add a ‘little extra spirit’ to the evening.
Robert Nagle, a Bristol Fireworks Fiesta committee member, said: “Last year’s pyrotechnic display was our very best yet and anyone who went will appreciate the incredible creativity presented by the winners of the 2023 British Firework Championships – Skyburst!
“Just like last year, this year’s display will be choreographed to music.
“This year will be a little different in that there will be a foam party for families after the display and through the evening there will be a compere from Party Peeps to entertain everyone and to do the countdown.
“As in all previous years, money raised will be divided between our two clubs – Bristol Round Table and The Rotary Club of Clifton and then distributed to many good causes, mostly made up of local charities.
“The largest contribution is to The Lord Mayor of Bristol Children’s Appeal.”
