Winner of best Play Me, I’m Yours moment revealed
A swing dance flash mob in Broadmead has taken first place in a competition to find the best moment from this summer’s Play Me, I’m Yours.
Eighteen street pianos were installed across the city for the public to play from August to September, with 10 still in situ.
Among the many magical moments, the lindy hop/swing dance session that Bristol Swing Riot and Jack Calloway was unanimously declared the winner by Play Me, I’m Yours creator Luke Jerram, international Play Me, I’m Yours project manager and Bristol24/7 Editor Martin Booth.

The video and photos were taken by Jamie McHugh, who has decided to share his bumper prize featuring £950 of goodies from all of the piano’s sponsors with the pianist and dancers featured in the video.
