Hartcliffe video goes viral

When ex-Bristol mayoral candidate John Langley set out to create a tongue-in-cheek music video about Hartcliffe, he was not expecting it to become a viral hit.

But in less than 24 hours of the video being posted online, it has been viewed more than 24,000 times:

Langley said: “I’m absolutely staggered at the hit rate for a video which was compiled on the spur of the moment to be shared among friends.

“Before I knew it, my phone was constantly notifying me of shares. If anyone had of said it would be so popular I think my second choice of word would have been ‘off’.”
