My Bristol Favourites: Alex Corbett
Alex Corbett is the founder of Pizzarova, which on Thursday, December 7 is throwing the ultimate birthday party to celebrate their two-year anniversary on Gloucester Road: a bottomless pizza and prosecco evening.
Here are Alex’s top-five Bristol favourites:
Bristol Yoga Centre
is needed now More than ever
“I go to Naomi’s session at 1pm on Tuesdays at Bristol Yoga Centre on Park Row and always leave feeling amazing.”
Little Victories
“Silky flat whites and great place for meetings and emptying of inbox at Little Victories on Gaol Ferry Steps in Wapping Wharf.”
Brompton Bike Hire
“I live in Bruton and travel in to Bristol on the train. The best way to get around the city is on a rented Brompton from the Brompton Bike Hire lockers at Temple Meads. Using the app, they are very simple to pick up and it only costs £3.50 a day.”
Lana Barbers
“I pop into Lana Barbers on Gloucester Road from time to time for an old fashioned hot towel wet shave and always leave feeling relaxed and recharged.”
Squeezed
“Squeezed in Cargo 2 make arguably the best burgers in town, and are very conveniently situated right next to our Pizzarova crate at Wapping Wharf! It’s a tough choice to choose a favourite but it’d be a close call between the Werburger and the Reverse Cowgirl.”
