These are Daniel’s top-five Bristol favourites:
Mark’s Bread

“I love the fact you can smell the bread baking as you walk down the street,” says Daniel
“Mark’s Bread at the bottom of North Street is mine and Joie’s go-to for a pastry and coffee on the way to work most mornings.
“I love the fact you can smell the bread baking as you walk down the street. I’m usually going for a pain au chocolat or sausage roll (sometimes both!), always with a latte.”
Jean’s Bistro

“Jean’s Bistro is our go-to for Thai food.
“Some of our must-order favourites are Thai style papaya salad, BBQ pork belly with their homemade sauces, pad Thai, seafood tom yum and beef in oyster sauce.
“The service is great, and the food is consistently good, and it’s always packed.
“We like that it’s bring your own booze but Joie also enjoys the Thai milk tea.”

“He loves elephants, lions and finds the alpacas hilarious.
“It’s a great day out and nice to get our heads out of work and have some fun as a family.”

“I love the North Street Cheese Shop with its incredible selection of top quality cheeses.
“My favourites are goat’s cheese and blues, and there’s a great French camembert perfect for lunch in the sun or baking at home to eat with some fresh baguette.
“It reminds me of when I was working at Sabor in London, I used to walk past La Fromagerie in Marylebone.”
