Tom is the managing director of Canopy & Stars, the Bristol-based holiday experience company behind the audacious plan to turn one of the harbourside cranes into a treehouse. “It’s not just a treehouse, or a crane, or a cabin,” he says. “It’s a multi-sensory experience of calm and tranquillity, stepping into nature in the heart of the city.” Crane 29 will be welcoming paying guests from the end of April.
