Bristol24/7 to host second photography workshop

By Beth Owen  Tuesday Aug 20, 2019

Following the success of our first street photography workshop on St Mark’s Road, we are continuing our partnership with photographer Colin Moody. Our second workshop will be held in Bedminster on Wednesday 4 September, 6pm-8.30pm.

Colin, who published a book of his photography on Stokes Croft, helps people hone in on their photography skills.

The workshop provides an excellent opportunity to ask questions and will introduce new techniques for capturing urban life as Colin shares his own approach to the art of street photography.

The money raised from the ticket sales of these workshops will go towards keeping the workshop running with people who may not otherwise be able to access them, as part of our Better Bristol initiative. You can purchase your tickets here.

We have also made a few free tickets available to Bristol24/7 members who are already supporting Better Bristol. To take advantage of this offer you will need to sign up as a member of Bristol24/7 and go to the perks section of the members area.

Bristol24/7 promotes local photography through our monthly Instagram showcase and, more recently through reader photo of the month. The best photos from the workshop will be published in Bristol24/7.
