Return to Gorée is a 2007 road movie in which Senegalese world music star Youssou N’Dour embarks on a journey tracing the route taken by African slaves from Dakar to Atlanta, New Orleans, New York City and finally Luxembourg, exploring the musical legacy they left behind.

This Afrika Eye event takes place in the first class dining room of the SS Great Britain. Your ticket price includes a Senegalese buffet, live kora music by Modou Ndaiye and a post-screening Q&A with Simwinji Zeko, Andy Morgan and Justin Adams.
