The Ga tribe of coastal Ghana reckon that when you cark it, you simply pop off into another life. So to celebrate, they give them a fine send-off by packing the goners into colourful coffins designed to reflect some aspect of their lives. But times are changing and demand is falling. This documentary follows Paa Joe, the grandfather of his country’s jolly fantasy coffin industry, and his son Jacob as they set off for the UK to take up an artists’ residency.
