Bruce Brown, who directed the much-loved surfing flick The Endless Summer, turned his attention to motorsport for this 1972 documentary, which features plenty of crashes and loads of Steve McQueen.
Bristol Film Festival’s screening takes place in Fowler’s Motorcycle Showroom (d’ya see what they did there), where you’ll be able to nose around after hours and enjoy a complimentary ale courtesy of Wickwar Wessex Brewing. Fowlers café will also be open. Go here for tickets.
