The Shextreme Film Festival continues with a selection of female-led short films from the worlds of mountain biking, motorbiking and skateboarding. The event will also include a panel discussion about women in adventure’s wellbeing. Participants are researcher Hetty Key, mountain biking athlete and mental health advocate Velo Me Jess, Blue Health coach Lizzi Larbalestier, and Gemma Harrison, founder of VC London – a rad women’s motorbike collective.

Undercurrents (World Premiere)

Bringing in ideas from the Blue Mind movement, the science of mindfulness and flow, it explores our relationship to the sea and finds out what happens when we pursue what we love.
