Not the amped-up Bob De Niro remake, but J. Lee Thompson‘s fine sixties original with Robert Mitchum on cracking form as ex-con Max Cady who’s out to ruin the life of a lawyer (Gregory Peck) who had him convicted of the murder of a young woman.
