Time: 6:30pm
Venue: Better Food, Wapping Wharf

This year’s event in celebration of Fairtrade Fortnight and International Women’s Day, invites you to find out more about fairtrade and its benefits from a woman who’s experienced it first-hand.

Included in the ticket price is a fairtrade earl grey martini, fairtrade chocolate brownie treats and a free reusable Clipper tea caddy packed full of fairtrade tea.

On the night, special guest Urania Hernández, a Nicaraguan farmer who owns a fairtrade-certified coffee and cocoa smallholding will be giving a talk. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and gain a fascinating insight into the difference fairtrade makes to the life of women in the Soppexcca Cooperative.
