Indian-Italian fusion lunch
A one-off evening of Italian and Indian food at Pasta Ripiena to raise money for PHASE Worldwide.
Pasta Ripiena co-owner Dom Borel and restaurant manager Magda Pietrykowska are among the 12-strong Bristol to Base Camp team who are hoping to raise more than £60,000 for the charity that empowers isolated communities in Nepal through sustainable health, education and livelihood opportunities.
Staying in sherpa family lodges along the way, the team will be making a 19-day round trip to Everest Base Camp in March.
