Feast With a Chef
Adam Banks, the new head chef at Jamie Oliver’s social enterprise restaurant Fifteen Cornwall will be bringing a taste of the North Cornish coast to Bristol when he cooks a four-course gourmet feast in Long Ashton village hall.
The pop-up is organised by Feast with a Chef, a venture run by food writer Clare Hargreaves since October 2013 with the aim of bringing fine food to a wider audience in a relaxed and informal setting.
Adam, who joined Fifteen Cornwall in May, is known for his nose-to-tail and root- to –tip ethos and Italian-influenced seasonal cooking using local ingredients sourced directly from their producers.
is needed now More than ever
So his four-course Bristol feast menu will showcase many of his favourite Cornish ingredients, including fresh Cornish fish and Rodda’s cream and butter, produced just a few miles from Fifteen’s home at Watergate Bay.
