Fat Shirley’s: A Trailer Park Opera
Three Chords Theatre Company reprise their bluegrass comedy opera, which made its first appearances at the Alma Tavern ten years ago, and has since visited the 2015 Edinburgh Fringe.
Fat Shirley and her family of trailer park residents sang, danced and performed a colourful, comedic story in the true operatic sense which focused on betrayal, love, loss and grief.
Strung together with hilarious songs and music provided by Bristol Bluegrass/Americana band, The Hogranch, this return visit to the trailer park will keep you laughing long after the residents have said “goodnight ya’ll”!
