Baba’s Song

Date: Friday, Jun 21 2019 - Saturday, Jun 22 2019
Venue: The Wardrobe Theatre

A beautiful new piece of storytelling and song exploring some of the less talked about issues of new motherhood, by new company In Our Hands

A vocal journey into the messiness of one woman’s motherhood. Two women, two voices, in just a meter square playing space. Baba’s Song is a wild roar in the woods and a panic attack in Mothercare.

In Our Hands is an emerging South West based theatre company made up of actor/physical theatre performer Kim Heron (Green Ginger, Theatre Ad Infinitum) and musician/actor Jannah Warlow (Verity Standen, Bristol Old Vic). Baba’s Song sees Kim and Jannah collaborate with Bristol director Emma Williams to create a new piece of performance storytelling.
