Bristol’s first Eco Powered Fitness Studio
The sustainable fitness brand ‘Feel Fit’ has opened its very first Eco Powered Fitness Studio in Clifton.
The studio is using the latest in ECO-POWR Indoor Cycles to power and energise the space. The bikes capture human effort and change it into usable energy, which powers the studio.
“Performing like any other piece of fitness equipment the indoor cycles supplied convert and capture energy created during a workout,” said Ellie Crawley, the founder of Feel Fit.
is needed now More than ever
“With 74 per cent of the electricity generated instantly used to power the space, therefore lowering the number of watts needed from the utility company and reducing carbon footprint – a truly inspiring and eco-friendly way to power!”

It’s not just in their energy generation – sustainability is at the core of Feel Fit’s ethos. For Ellie, sustainability is a core value to the studio space and she hopes it will inspire others to integrate sustainability into everything they do.
‘I believe we have three homes, our minds, our bodies and the planet and they equally need looking after in a sustainable way,” said Ellie. “We help people find enjoyment in moving their bodies, we help people find confidence, help people get stronger mentally and physically and looking after our bodies and minds in a sustainable way that fits our lifestyles.”
A greener way to workout, this is the first eco-powered fitness studio of its kind in the South West. However, we’re hoping this new sustainable approach to fitness will be the first of many in Bristol.
