Taking fitness inspiration from the olympics into your family life

By Bristol24/7  Thursday Jul 29, 2021

Two Bristol residents are on a mission to disrupt the wellbeing tech sector with a brand-new app that is designed to make it easier and more fun for families to improve their overall health and happiness.

Using the Tokyo Olympics as inspiration, Benjamin Draper, 23, and William Testeil, 23, who both graduated from UWE Bristol, are on a mission to make it easier for families to be more healthy together after a pandemic spent at home.

The Famli app allows families to exercise more, eat better and take care of their mental health – all from home.

Benjamin and William are delighted to have released engaging Olympic style challenges on the app, where it is now available for families to download and have fun with.

“With the Olympics currently on in Tokyo, we thought it would be a great opportunity to encourage children and their families to build healthy habits and improve their overall health”, said Benjamin.

“We wanted to create the first mobile app that aims to make it simple and fun for a family to engage in healthy activities together,” William added.
